This explains what information Altitude Coaching Ltd ("we") collects on this website and what we do with it.
To deliver what you bought, send you the emails that come with it, answer your questions, process refunds, and measure whether our advertising works.
We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API. This shares some technical data and, when you buy, hashed contact details with Meta so we can measure ads and reach similar people. Meta's own privacy policy governs what it does with that data. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Our service providers: GoHighLevel (website and email), PayPal (payments), Mailgun (email delivery), Meta (advertising measurement). Each only gets what it needs. We don't sell your data.
Buying sends you a short series of emails about using the product. You can unsubscribe from any of them with one click; you'll still keep your access.
Our providers store data in the US and EU. If you're in the UK or EU, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.
Purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email subscription until you unsubscribe. Analytics data as set by Meta's retention.
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to marketing. Email [email protected]. If you're in the UK you can also complain to the ICO; in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
Essential cookies make the site and checkout work. The Meta pixel cookie is used for measurement and advertising; you can decline it in the cookie notice or block it in your browser.
